Update on my life

Hello everyone! I wanted to post this instead of just updating stuff without a warning, just to let you know that, yes, I’m alive! I do apologize for the wait. I just got busy with school as I moved to the 4th grade, then to the 5th, and then we moved to another city. Now I’m in the 6th grade. Somewhere along this timeline, the blog just slipped my mind altogether.

Fun fact: this upload idea came to me while reading Insignificant Events In The Life Of A Cactus, by Dusti Bowling.

Now, some things have changed since I was 8 (such as me turning 9, then 10, and 11). One of such things is that I will no longer be posting poems and book reviews to the blog. That just wasn’t right for me back then, and it was one of the reasons why I stopped posting. Instead of poems, I shall be posting stories, some long and some short.

Firstly, the short stories. I will post the long story updates for a few weeks after this post, and I will update my short stories when I get used to this. But I can tell you that I will publish these alongside the long stories every once in a while.

Next, the long stories. I have 2 stories right now that I want to publish:

Crimson: A story about an 18 year old girl who goes looking for her brother, who went missing when she was 6. But she may have bitten more off than she can chew…

Forever: A story told in multiple perspectives. A 16 year old girl has to decide between her 2 friends, who she has known for 12 years, and a new kid. She might have more to worry about than her friendships, however…

Currently, I am thinking of releasing each chapter, with the first chapter of Crimson rolling out either next week or the week after the next. The first chapter of Forever will be released the week after Crimson releases. I’m thinking of having them in circulation. I will try my best to add a new chapter every two weeks.

Also, I have to add this: I would really appreciate some of your ideas! I need the ideas for short stories, and for when either Crimson or Forever finish!

That’s all for now. Remember to let your creativity run free. Being sane is way too overrated!
